Group Accommodation Booking Terms & Conditions

Rates listed are strictly subject to availability and valid only for the negotiated date and room types as per the booking organisers event contract

No further discounts apply and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Rates are a closed user group and not valid for use in conjunction with ALL, Accor Plus or any other loyalty program.

The Sebel Yarrawonga reserves the right to cancel your booking if it is found that you are not an invited party to the group event.

All rates are nett, non-commissionable.

Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

Payment for your booking will be processed within 72 hours of your reservation confirmation.

Check-in time: 1400hrs on the arrival day.

 Check-out time: 1000hrs on the departure day.
